Processing Priority & Shipping Upgrade

I bought the Vortex, loved it. Then the Blaze dropped a month later, gifted the Vortex to my son and bought the Blaze for me and I love it!!!

I have purchased 3 different watches through this company over the past 2 years and love them... With the most recent one being the Blaze S. I love the durability and physical quality of the products. I also love how they contain the most important, although basic, features of a smartwatch. I do however would love to see improvements in the quality and stability of the software. I have had glitches on more than one watch related to the full functionality of toggling on/off some of the quick settings, as well as some sound/vibration glitches. I would also love to see many more apps featured for the 3rd party app notifications, as it seems to be very limitied on which apps the notifications settings can be applied to.

I love the watch, it has just about everything I need a smart watch to have without the outrageous price of some other watch brands. I do however wish it arrived sooner. I paid the extra money for the priority shipping and processing and it did not feel like I got it any sooner than I would have if I had just selected normal delivery. The way the website makes it sound is if you pay this extra at checkout then your order will be moved to the front of the line and it will ship immediately, but I don't think that is what happened. Once again I love the product and I'm not necessarily unhappy with the shipping experience, I just think if you are going to sell an upgrade to priority shipping you should probably make sure it is shipped out within 12-24 hours of the order being placed. Other than that I'm very happy with the watch! It allows me to finally wear a smart watch on the jobsite where my other watches have been destroyed.

In law enforcement I have broke multiple Apple Watches, Google watch, and fitbits wit apprehending suspects. Trainings as well as I’m truly rough on watch’s all together. This watch has handled everything I’ve thrown at it

just got my new vortex watch in Friday I pre ordered the day come out it was already at 97% charged up so I just had to download the app and pair the watch to phone and your ready to go it has bunch of pre loaded watch faces on it already be nice to have some more landscape scenes or like me I like wolf pic for it it is good size watch but with what it all does can’t be to small but it don’t tell to heavy if your used to wearing watch it comes with one screen protector so you won’t or shouldn’t need another and by this being newest release I hope they come out with different colors styles of bands a good royal blue for me lol would be great
