Here at Carbinox, we want to provide the best experience to our customers and make them stay connected and happy. However, if our products are not an excellent fit for some reason, a return, replacement, or a full refund is necessary.

When you place an order at Carbinox, you automatically accept our terms, conditions, and policies without exceptions, so it is imperative to understand them and confirm where and when your requirements would apply and, most importantly, be accepted or rejected by our team.

Also, we must clarify that our products are made with the strongest materials in the industry to provide a different experience than other brands. However, it doesn't mean they are indestructible. Please don't submit them to any "strength tests" like the ones you see in our advertisements just for fun; you WILL NOT be entitled to any kind of refund.

Every Carbinox product comes with a 45-DAY RISK-FREE GUARANTEE, meaning that you're eligible for a full refund within this time frame from the date your package is delivered if the product didn’t meet your expectations.

FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS:

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN & REFUND, YOU MUST MEET AND ACCEPT THESE CONDITIONS:

  • We only accept returns within the first 45 calendar days from the date of delivery, according to USPS tracking information. If you submit a return inquiry after 45 calendar days, you are not entitled to a return.
  • The product must be in PERFECT or UNUSED conditions. You will be asked for a picture or video before starting the return and refund process. If the product presents any detail or evidence of extreme use, you are not entitled to a return.
  • We do not accept physically broken, scratched, or damaged products. Our team meticulously checks all products we receive. If you ship the product under the conditions explained above, you are not entitled to a refund and the product(s) will be automatically disposed with no options to send it/them back.

  • The return package must come with ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING you received, including boxes, accessories, etc. If anything is missing on your package, we charge a $25 fee + the cost of the product(s) missing and will be taken from your refund amount.

  • You need to contact us before shipping the package to our offices. If not, the package will be rejected or shipped back to your address.

  • You are responsible for covering the return label costs. No exceptions are allowed.

  • The only companies we accept returns from are UPS and FedEx. The reason why is because they're the only companies that assure successful and secure deliveries. If you ship the package with other company (Ex: USPS), it may take longer to process your return.

  • We charge $10 for restocking fee since the product(s) need to be verified, cleaned, sterilized, and moved back to our stock.

    NOTE: AFTER YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED, YOU WILL HAVE 7 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP THE PRODUCT(S) BACK TO OUR FACILITY FROM THE DATE OF APPROVAL. IF YOU SHIP AFTER THIS DATE, THE PACKAGE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED.

If you are eligible for a return, we will send you our warehouse address so you can ship the product back to our facility. 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • When we receive the product, we will provide you with a refund within 7-10 business days if it's successfully approved.
  • Carbinox Premium Care and Order Processing Priority, or any other digital product ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
  • Express Shipping IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

*If you are requesting a return and refund after the stipulated days from the delivery date, or you do not meet and accept ALL the conditions explained above, you will NOT BE ELIGIBLE, and your support ticket will be automatically closed. No exceptions are allowed.

CARBINOX LIFETIME WARRANTY:

We are committed to providing you not only with a durable smartwatch but also with peace of mind. That’s why every Carbinox smartwatch comes with a LIFETIME WARRANTY, designed to ensure your satisfaction and trust in our products.

Please note: This warranty applies only to replacements. You cannot use the warranty to request a return or refund. No exceptions will be made.

Warranty Period:

The Carbinox Lifetime Warranty does not expire. You're covered for life.

However, the Lifetime Warranty applies only under the following circumstances:

  • Products that show malfunctions or factory defects after 45 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products that present scratches, broken screens, dents, loose screws, or similar physical damage — whether these issues appear upon delivery or develop later due to manufacturing faults or product failure.

Any factory-related issues that occur within the first 45 days will be handled through our standard replacement process. Lifetime Warranty usage is not necessary in those cases.

This warranty applies only to orders placed on or after August 1st, 2024. Products purchased before this date are not eligible for replacement under this policy.

Coverage:

Our warranty covers software malfunctions, physical defects, and manufacturing issues — including damage such as scratches, impacts, cracked screens, and structural faults — as long as these are not the result of abuse, loss, or mishandling.

Exclusions:

The warranty DOES NOT cover:

  • Lost, stolen, or discarded units.

  • Shipments that are lost when returned without proper tracking.

We encourage you to handle your Carbinox smartwatch with care, as damage outside of the listed coverage falls outside the scope of the warranty.

Claim Process:

Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. The only way to submit your Lifetime Warranty request is by filling out this form: Carbinox Lifetime Warranty Form 📝

    Note: It's an automated system, it only takes 1-2 minutes to complete.

  2. Each customer is entitled to one (1) Lifetime Warranty application per product, per order.

If your claim is approved:

  • We will provide you with our return address so you can ship the affected watch back to our offices.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping. Please make sure to ship it only with UPS or FedEx to assure a faster resolution.

  • Please ship it back within 7 business days to avoid delays.

  • Once we receive and inspect the defective device, we will ship your replacement within 3 to 5 business days.

Important:

If you decide to ship the product without using the form or without notifying us first, your package will be automatically discarded. No exceptions.
If the product is lost during return shipping, the warranty claim will be void.


EXTENDED WARRANTY POLICY:

The Extended Warranty is a paid add-on that provides additional coverage beyond the standard Lifetime Warranty. Once purchased, the Extended Warranty is non-refundable under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy. No exceptions will be made.


MARKETPLACE PURCHASES:

If you bought any Carbinox product on Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, or any other marketplace, please note that the warranty and return policies that apply are the ones provided by those platforms ONLY.

Our warranty policy described here applies only to purchases made directly from our official website.

FOR ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

If you placed an order through our website, you can cancel it within only 30 MINUTES; just send us an e-mail to info@shopcarbinox.com with the subject "CANCEL + ORDER NUMBER," and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

NOTE: If more than 30 minutes have passed between the time you made the purchase and sent the e-mail, due to our demand, we will not be able to cancel your order, and it will be automatically shipped. You can also refuse the package when you receive it and will be sent back to our offices.

*We may be able to change or edit anything about your current order if needed.

This includes the following cases:

  • Delivery or Billing Address
  • Adding Items to your order
  • Shipping Method
  • Discounts

CARBINOX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCORRECT ADDRESSES BEING ENTERED BY THE CUSTOMER, AND WE WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY KIND OF REFUND. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING THE RIGHT INFORMATION BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. 

IF YOU SUBMITTED THE RIGHT INFORMATION AND THE PACKAGE GETS STOLEN OR LOST IN TRANSIT, YOU ARE ONLY ENTITLED TO A 50% PARTIAL REFUND SINCE IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SHIPPING CARRIERS. 

FOR RETURNED TO SENDER AND REFUSED PACKAGES:

As soon as we receive the package back to our offices, you are eligible for a RESHIPMENT AT NO COST or a FULL REFUND.
