To apply for a replacement, simply contact your VIP representative. We’ll provide you with a pre-paid return label to ship your product back to us, and we’ll send you a new one at no cost.
Please note: We only approve replacements for smartwatches purchased after August 1st, 2023. It is mandatory to ship your old smartwatch to our facility to receive a new unit.
