When you join Carbinox EPC, any Carbinox smartwatch you own will be fully covered against scratches, dents, broken screens, and more. To apply for a replacement, simply contact your VIP representative. We’ll provide you with a pre-paid return label to ship your product back to us, and we’ll send you a new one at no cost.
Please note: We only approve replacements for smartwatches purchased after August 1st, 2023. It is mandatory to ship your old smartwatch to our facility to receive a new unit.
As a member, you will gain instant access to free tempered glasses, USB chargers, and original bands for your smartwatch. You will be provided with a URL where you can order what you need AT NO COST. We only charge $5 to cover shipping, pick and pack, materials, and handling by our employees.
Please note:
- You can include up to one (1) accessory per order.
- You can place up to three (3) orders per month.
- We only ship the original band that comes with your smartwatch.
